Listing in the RMLS© allows your home to be seen by national sites as well as being accessed by hundreds, if not thousands of potential buyers, on local agent web sites. Over 80% of buyers search on the internet and over 85% are represented by a Realtor when making their home purchase.

Dylan Lyons Real Estate will put your home in the MLS (RMLS) for a flat fee for one year. The seller must agree to a pay a commission to an RMLS real estate agent should they bring you a buyer in the sale of your home. If the seller sells the home without any involvement from an agent, the seller pays no commission. The Buyer's agent commission is typically between 2% and 3%. The commission amount is entirely up to the seller and must be stated upfront in the MLS listing.

• Your property listed in the RMLS for the duration of 6 to 12 months, depending on the program, with unlimited content changes.
• 16 photos submitted to the RMLS (Photos provided by Seller).

• Required Disclosures (Lead Based Paint if built prior to 1978 and Seller’s Property Disclosure Statement).
